How long does shipping take?
The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you within 1-2 working days within Germany. For international orders, the delivery time can be between 5 and 14 working days, depending on the destination country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or email. Unfortunately, once the order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if this is the case, you can return the items according to our return policy. Do I have to pay customs duties?

We do not currently offer any special express shipping. However, we work hard to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped quickly. Is there a size guide?

What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order, please first check the tracking information you received via email after shipment. How can I redeem a discount code?
To redeem a discount code, simply enter the code in the designated field in the shopping cart or during the checkout process.
